1. Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

This applies to all eligible BabyBites products.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both:

✔ Defective items
✔ Incorrect items received
✔ Non-defective items, as long as they are:

• unused
  
  
• in the original packaging
  
  
• in resellable condition
  
  

Note: For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened baby-food products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or faulty.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 3-day window for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 3 days
   
   
2. Provide your order number
   
   
3. Share clear photos of the product and packaging
   
   

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

1. Contact our support team through the website or WhatsApp.
   
   
2. Mention your order number and reason for return
   
   
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team
   
   
4. Return the item to the designated drop-off point
   
   

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), BabyBites covers the return cost.
  
  
• For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return delivery.
  
  

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 2 days
  
  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit (if chosen)
  
  

No restocking fee applies.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used food products
  
  
• Items not returned within the 3-day window
  
  
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
